Orders are shipped to addresses within Türkiye.
Preparation and delivery time
- Your order is prepared after your payment has been verified by the payment institution.
- The estimated delivery time is shown together with the delivery method on the payment page.
- Delivery does not exceed thirty days from the date the order is placed in any case.
Shipping fee
- Shipments are made with our contracted carrier.
- The shipping fee is shown in the cart and on the payment page before you confirm the order. If free shipping applies above a certain cart total, that condition is stated in the same place.
- Cases where the shipping fee is paid to the courier by the recipient on delivery are also stated clearly on the cart and checkout pages.
Shipment tracking
When your order is handed over to the carrier, an information e-mail with the tracking details is sent to your e-mail address.
On delivery
- We recommend that you check the outer packaging when you receive the parcel.
- If there is damage such as crushing, tearing or wetting, have the carrier staff record the situation in a report before you accept the parcel, and let us know.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Period
- You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason.
- If several products were delivered separately, the period starts on the day the last product is received.
Return steps
- Notice: Within the period, notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, stating your order number, by e-mail to info@csgelektromarket.com, to the registered electronic mail address csgelektromarket@hs01.kep.tr, or in writing to Kulaksız Mah. Arda Cad. Özel No: 37 İç Kapı No: 7, 34440 Beyoğlu/İstanbul. You can also get information about the process from our WhatsApp support line.
- Shipment: Within 10 days of your notice, send the product back with its invoice and all accessories, if any, using the return details we provide in reply to your notice. Unless stated otherwise, the return address is Kulaksız Mah. Arda Cad. Özel No: 37 İç Kapı No: 7, 34440 Beyoğlu/İstanbul.
- Return shipping: When you send the product with the contracted carrier and the return details we provide in reply to your notice, the return shipping cost is covered by us.
- Refund: Within 14 days from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us, the amount you paid, including the delivery charge, is refunded to the card used for the payment. The time for the refund to appear in your card account may vary depending on your bank.
Condition of the product
During the withdrawal period, you may examine the product in a way that is appropriate to its operation, technical features and instructions for use. The buyer is responsible for changes and deterioration resulting from use beyond this.
Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used
The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the cases listed in the legislation. For example, products prepared to your personal specifications and products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health and hygiene once their packaging has been opened fall within this scope.
Damaged, incomplete or defective products
- If the product that reaches you is damaged, incomplete or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, a photograph.
- For defective products, you may exercise one of your rights listed in Consumer Protection Law no. 6502: withdrawal from the agreement, a reduction in the price, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent.
